Calista Collective (AKA Team National) is our Supporting management team.
National Healthcare Services (NHS) is our enrolled and registered nurses in an Agency setting providing ad-hoc support to Facilities and Hospital settings.
National Community Care (NCC) is our community entity employing carers/ support workers, nurses and support coordinators to support those within our community with complex care needs under the NDIS.
National Nursing Agency (NNA) is our Assistant Nurses in an Agency setting providing ad-hoc support to Facilities and Hospital settings.
National Inhome Care (NIC) is our community carers and Nurses specific to Aged Care within the community.

This starts with ensuring that if you are on shift, we are on-call! 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to assist you in the case of emergency or issues you may face while on shift. You will always get a familiar voice at the end of our phone!
Training.
National specialise in complex care, as such we have evolved over the years to strengthen how
we can best support our team and our community. With our in-house qualified trainer and assessors
we are actively able to provide the required annual mandatory training, and best yet, we can
also upskill our team into complex clinical skills.
Our training sessions are provided on a regular basis along with other specialised training
packages that will assist in your professional development, equipping you with additional skill
sets for future working opportunities within our team and beyond within your career.
Pay.
Our pay rates are above the Award, reflecting the professional skills required by our support workers and nurses to adapt to new environments on a regular basis. Regardless of where you work on any shift your pay is consistent and penalty rates are applied in line with the prescribed percentages in the Award for afterhours and weekend work. We often pay our team valuable bonuses for their loyalty and contribution to our amazing team!
